TikTok Growth Specialist

Waldor Leather Co. and Nutrex Labs are two fast-growing direct-to-consumer brands built around high-quality products, strong storytelling, and performance-driven content.

Nutrex Labs develops science-backed skincare products, while Waldor Leather Co. creates premium leather goods with innovative designs.

We're looking for a TikTok Growth Specialist who will take ownership of TikTok growth across both brands and help us build audiences, increase engagement, and drive organic reach at scale.

This is not a social media management role.

This is a growth role.

Your success will be measured by your ability to identify opportunities, create winning content strategies, build creator relationships, and grow our presence on TikTok.

What You'll Do

  • Own TikTok growth strategy for both brands.
  • Research trends, creators, formats, sounds, and emerging opportunities.
  • Identify content ideas with strong viral and engagement potential.
  • Create content plans and creative briefs for videographers and editors.
  • Work closely with our production team to ensure content is optimized for TikTok.
  • Analyze performance data and continuously improve content strategy.
  • Study competitors and identify opportunities to outperform them.
  • Build relationships with creators and influencers.
  • Manage influencer outreach, collaborations, gifting campaigns, and partnerships.
  • Stay ahead of platform changes, algorithm updates, and evolving content trends.

What We're Looking For

  • Strong understanding of TikTok and short-form content.
  • Deep curiosity about why content succeeds or fails.
  • Ability to identify trends before they become saturated.
  • Strong understanding of audience retention, hooks, watch time, and engagement.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Self-motivated and comfortable taking ownership of results.
  • Passion for content creation, internet culture, and social media growth.

Preferred Experience

  • Experience growing a TikTok account, whether personal or professional.
  • Experience working with influencers, creators, or brand partnerships.
  • Experience developing content strategies.
  • Familiarity with analytics and performance reporting.
  • Experience in e-commerce, consumer brands, beauty, fashion, or lifestyle categories.

Compensation

Competitive salary based on experience, capability, and demonstrated ability to drive growth.

Pay: Rs60,000.00 - Rs75,000.00 per month
