TikTok Shop - Account Manager/Affiliate Marketing

We are seeking a hands-on TikTok Shop - Account Manager to manage, optimize, and grow our TikTok Shop and brand accounts. The ideal candidate will have practical experience managing TikTok accounts, including product listing, order management, promotions, campaigns and handling policy violations. This role also requires a strong analytical mindset to monitor competitors, evaluate their strategies, and implement improvements to enhance account performance. The candidate should be able to run paid marketing strategies (Shop & GMV Max Ads) to drive sales and engagement.

Requirements:

  • 1–3 years of hands-on experience managing TikTok accounts

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage TikTok Shop and brand accounts, ensuring all products are accurately listed and updated
  • Handle order management, including monitoring orders, resolving issues, and coordinating with fulfillment teams
  • Plan, execute, and optimize promotions, campaigns, and marketing initiatives
  • Run paid marketing strategies to drive sales, traffic, and engagement
  • Monitor account health and resolve violations or policy issues promptly
  • Analyze competitor accounts, campaigns, and strategies to identify opportunities for improvement
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align on product launches, marketing plans, and content strategy
  • Track performance metrics, prepare reports, and recommend actionable insights for growth
  • Suggest and implement strategies to increase sales, engagement, and creator collaborations
  • Stay up-to-date with TikTok trends, platform features, and best practices

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, communications, or related field
  • Hands-on experience managing TikTok Shop or similar eCommerce accounts
  • Strong knowledge of product listing, order management, campaigns, promotions, account health management, Shop & GMV Max Ads.
  • Ability to analyze competitors’ strategies and implement improvements
  • Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint for reporting, data analysis, and presentations
  • Basic marketing and analytics skills (CTR, conversion tracking, ROI analysis)
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Proactive and detail-oriented with a growth mindset

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with TikTok Shop affiliate or creator campaigns
  • Knowledge of digital marketing tools and social media analytics
  • Exposure to DTC or marketplace management
