Social Media Manager (2–3 Years Experience)

We are looking for a creative and results-driven Social Media Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate should have 2–3 years of experience in digital marketing with a strong focus on social media growth, lead generation, and campaign management.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to generate qualified leads
• Manage and grow company presence across social media platforms
• Handle paid advertising campaigns (PPC, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads & remarketing)
• Optimize website performance through SEO, GEO, AEO, and CRO
• Analyze campaign performance and prepare data-driven reports
• Coordinate with sales teams to improve lead conversion
• Execute email and WhatsApp marketing through CRM systems
• Monitor KPIs (CPL, CPA, ROI, engagement & conversion rates)
• Conduct team meetings, performance reviews, and one-on-one sessions
• Prepare monthly marketing performance reports

Requirements

• 2–3 years of relevant experience in social media / digital marketing
• Strong understanding of paid ads and performance marketing
• Hands-on experience with analytics and reporting tools
• Excellent communication and team coordination skills
• Ability to manage multiple campaigns and meet deadlines

Job Details

• Location: 42 E-1, Ghalib Road, Gulberg III, Lahore
• Timings: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
• Working Days: Monday to Friday (Alternate Saturday)

Pay: Rs70,000.00 - Rs80,000.00 per month
