Unpack Agency is a marketplace growth agency helping FMCG brands thrive on platforms like  Amazon  and  TikTok Shop . We’re a team of brand builders and marketplace operators working hands-on with exciting startups and challenger brands across the UK, Europe, and now the Middle East.


We’re now looking for a  full-time Account Manager  based in  Dubai  to take ownership of key client accounts across both  Amazon  and  TikTok Shop  — managing day-to-day operations, paid media execution, and marketplace strategy.


You’ll work directly with brand founders and marketing teams to grow sales, optimise listings, and coordinate influencer-led campaigns that drive performance and visibility.


Key Responsibilities


Amazon


  • Manage a portfolio of Amazon accounts (Seller Central, occasionally Vendor Central).
  • Oversee  PPC strategy and execution  — from campaign setup to optimisation and analysis.
  • Audit listings and implement ongoing optimisation across copy, keywords, and creative assets (A+ Content, Brand Stores, etc.).
  • Analyse sales and advertising data to uncover insights and make data-driven recommendations.
  • Communicate directly with clients, providing clear reports and proactive strategy updates.


TikTok Shop


  • Manage TikTok Shop accounts end-to-end — from onboarding to scaling.
  • Run and optimise TikTok Ads campaigns focused on  ROAS GMV , and growth KPIs.
  • Coordinate product launches, creator collaborations, and affiliate partnerships.
  • Track and report on daily sales, stock, and content performance.
  • Work with creators, editors, and paid specialists to ensure creative and commercial alignment.


Requirements


Essential


  • 5+ years’ experience managing  Amazon Seller Central  and/or  TikTok Shop  accounts.
  • Hands-on experience running  Amazon PPC  and  TikTok Ads  campaigns.
  • Confident using tools such as  Helium 10 Jungle Scout , or  TikTok Creator Marketplace .
  • Strong analytical ability — comfortable reading data, identifying trends, and presenting insights.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication; able to manage multiple clients simultaneously.
  • A proactive, ownership-driven attitude with high attention to detail.


Beneficial


  • Previous experience in an  agency  or  FMCG/e-commerce  environment.
  • Understanding of  affiliate workflows  and creator marketing.
  • Familiarity with Amazon Brand Analytics and TikTok affiliate tools.
  • Experience across  beauty, wellness, or food & drink  categories.
