*Job Title: TikTok Shop Specialist* (Full-Time)

Location: Lahore

Company: Daniel Smart Manufacturing

Working Days & time: Monday-Friday, 12pm-9pm

*About the Role*

We are looking for a high-energy, results-driven TikTok Shop Specialist to spearhead our brand’s growth on the world’s fastest-growing social commerce platform. You will be responsible for the end-to-end management of our TikTok Shop, from account creation, product listings and inventory to affiliate outreach and high-converting content creation.

*Key Responsibilities*

• Shop Operations: Manage the daily operations of our TikTok Seller Center, including product uploads, price optimizations, and inventory synchronization.

• Affiliate & Creator Management: Identify, recruit, and manage relationships with TikTok creators and affiliates to drive product awareness and sales.

• Content Strategy: Develop and execute a short-form video strategy that highlights the quality and craftsmanship of our leather jackets.

• Campaign Management: Launch and monitor TikTok Shop Ads and promotional campaigns to maximize ROI.

• Customer Experience: Oversee order fulfillment and provide timely, professional responses to customer inquiries and comments.

• Data Analysis: Monitor shop performance metrics (GMV, conversion rates, and CTR) to refine strategies and report growth to leadership.

*Qualifications & Skills*

• Experience: 1–3 years of hands-on experience managing and scaling a TikTok Shop or similar social commerce platform.

• Platform Expertise: Deep understanding of TikTok’s algorithm, Seller Central, and Ads Specialist.

• Content Creation: Ability to script and produce engaging "shoppable" videos using tools like Canva, CapCut, or other tools.

• Communication: Professional fluency in English with strong negotiation skills for creator partnerships.
