The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in product research, listing optimization, order management, and sales growth on TikTok Shop.

If you understand the TikTok algorithm, trending products, and know how to generate consistent sales, we would love to have you on our team.

Responsibilities

• Manage and operate TikTok Shop accounts
• Product hunting and market research
• Product listing and optimization
• Coordinate with suppliers for product sourcing
• Order management and fulfillment
• Manage promotions and discount campaigns
• Monitor shop performance and improve sales
• Handle customer queries and maintain account health

Requirements

• Minimum 1.5 years experience in TikTok Shop management
• Strong knowledge of product research tools and strategies
• Experience with product listing and optimization
• Understanding of TikTok trends and viral products
• Ability to manage orders and customer service
• Good communication and reporting skills
• Ability to work remotely and independently

Compensation
