Role Overview

We are seeking a results-driven TikTok Shop Specialist to manage, optimize, and grow our presence on TikTok Shop. This role focuses on driving sales through short-form video, live shopping, creator collaboration, and TikTok Shop operations while ensuring a seamless customer experience from discovery to purchase.

The ideal candidate understands TikTok culture, trends, and commerce features, and can translate content performance into measurable revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and optimize the TikTok Shop storefront, product listings, and collections
  • Upload, maintain, and optimize product catalogs (titles, descriptions, pricing, images)
  • Plan and execute TikTok Shop campaigns, promotions, and flash sales
  • Collaborate with creators, affiliates, and influencers to drive TikTok Shop sales
  • Coordinate and support live shopping sessions (planning, products, scripts, performance tracking)
  • Work closely with content and social teams to align videos with shoppable content
  • Monitor daily sales performance, conversion rates, and traffic sources
  • Analyze TikTok Shop and TikTok Ads data to identify growth opportunities
  • Manage order flow, returns, refunds, and customer inquiries related to TikTok Shop
  • Ensure compliance with TikTok Shop policies and platform guidelines
  • Stay up to date with TikTok trends, features, and e-commerce best practices

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Proven experience managing TikTok Shop or social commerce platforms
  • Strong understanding of TikTok content trends and audience behavior
  • Experience with e-commerce operations and online merchandising
  • Data-driven mindset with ability to analyze performance metrics
  • Strong organizational and project management skills
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, trend-driven environment

Preferred Skills

  • Experience working with creators, affiliates, or influencer marketing programs
  • Familiarity with TikTok Ads Manager and paid social campaigns
  • Knowledge of live commerce strategies and best practices
  • Experience with e-commerce platforms (Shopify, WooCommerce, etc.)
  • Basic understanding of inventory management and fulfillment processes
  • Experience with analytics and reporting tools

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, E-commerce, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 1–3+ years of experience in social commerce, e-commerce, or digital marketing
