Job Title: TikTok Specialist – Private Label Brands

Location: Lahore
Job Type: Full-time
Timings: 4 pm to 12 am (Monday to Friday)

Job Summary

We are looking for a results-driven TikTok Specialist for our Private Label brands. This role is for someone who understands how to use TikTok not just for views, but for lead generation, customer conversion, brand growth, and profit maximization.

The ideal candidate knows how to study products, understand buyer behavior, create winning content strategies, and turn TikTok into a strong sales channel.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and manage TikTok strategy for Private Label brands
• Create content plans focused on lead generation, conversions, and profitable growth
• Research market trends, competitors, viral formats, and customer behavior
• Develop high-converting content ideas for products and brand campaigns
• Work closely with the creative team for videos, hooks, scripts, and ad concepts
• Identify content opportunities that increase product demand and customer interest
• Optimize TikTok performance to improve reach, engagement, leads, and sales
• Monitor analytics and performance metrics to ensure strong ROI
• Support TikTok Shop, product promotion, and campaign execution
• Focus on strategies that help brands scale and generate high profit

Requirements

• Strong experience or understanding of TikTok marketing and growth
• Ability to create strategies that drive sales, leads, and profit
• Good knowledge of content psychology, buyer intent, and product marketing
• Understanding of Private Label brand positioning and eCommerce growth
• Creative mindset with strong research and trend analysis skills
• Ability to work with performance targets and business goals
• Good communication and coordination skills

Preferred Skills

• Experience with TikTok Shop
• Familiarity with CapCut, Canva, and video content planning
• Understanding of product launches, brand scaling, and direct-response content
• Knowledge of USA market trends is a plus
