Introduction:

LOCG LLC, headquartered in Seattle, WA., Is a premier federal professional services company, primarily engaged in providing facility support management, staffing and recruitment, information technology and security services.

Reports to:

This position reports to the Assistant Controller and HR Manager or his/her designee.

Responsibilities:

  • Directs a variety of managerial support activities related to Time and Labor processes, including scheduling and monitoring the Time and Labor Administration process; creating and running ad hoc queries; running Time Administration and Time and Labor reports; researching and preparing special adjustments; resolving cross-functional exceptions errors associated with the Time Administration process within the Human Capital Management (HCM) System.
  • Entering and Editing Employee Time, Tracking Labor Cost and Budgets. Auditing Timecards
  • Manages a variety of Time and Labor troubleshooting and support activities, including resolving configuration-related time exceptions; coordinating resolution of audit discrepancies and resolving discrepancies to ensure timeliness of payroll process; supporting field workers, supervisors, and managers in troubleshooting process issues.
  • Works with Payroll staff on payable time load and last-minute updates and audit discrepancy resolution; coordinates the Time and Labor system integration points such as commitment accounting, work orders, project costing, and general ledger/budgeting
  • Collect and audit timecard and send to employee for verifications and signature
  • Other Duties as assigned or relevant

Accounts Receivable Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related field.
  • At least 3 years experience in a similar role.
  • Strong math, typing, and computer skills, especially with bookkeeping software.
  • Excellent communication, research, problem-solving, and time management skills.
  • High level of accuracy, efficiency, and accountability.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Ability to build relationships with clients and internal departments.
  • Ability to understand the numerical system, reads and writes English

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs37,000.00 per month
