About the Role:
We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Female Payroll Officer to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end payroll activities, ensuring timely salary processing, and maintaining compliance with statutory requirements. This role involves close coordination with employees and internal departments to resolve payroll-related matters and maintain accurate records.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the monthly payroll processing and maintaining, including salary calculations and disbursements.
• Review and verify employee timesheets and attendance records.
• Prepare and process employee final settlements.
• Ensure timely submission of EOBI contributions and payment of salary taxes.
• Coordinate with employees and internal teams to resolve payroll issues or discrepancies.
• Issuance of Experience, Reference, Warning, and NOC letters to employees.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant labor laws.
• Prepare payroll-related reports for management review.
• Support other finance functions as assigned by the management.

Qualification:

• BBA or MBA (Finance, HR, or related field).
• 1–2 years of experience in payroll management.
• Good understanding of payroll regulations, EOBI, and tax deductions.
• Proficient in MS Excel and payroll software.
• Strong attention to detail and confidentiality.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.
