Job Title: HR Payroll Specialist (Female)

Location: Raja Travels, Faisal Movers – Islamabad
Salary Range: PKR 40,000 – 60,000 per month
Timings: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Job Summary:

We are hiring a Female HR Payroll Specialist responsible for accurate and timely payroll processing, record management, and data reporting. The ideal candidate must have strong Excel skills (including VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, and formulas) and sound knowledge of HR and payroll operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare, process, and verify monthly payroll.
• Maintain attendance, leave, and employee records accurately.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
• Generate payroll and HR-related reports.
• Support HR department in daily administrative and documentation tasks.
• Maintain confidentiality of payroll and employee information.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Accounting, Finance, or a relevant field.
• 1–3 years of experience in payroll management or HR operations.
• Proficiency in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, and formulas).
• Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and confidentiality.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
