We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Timekeeper to manage and monitor daily attendance of site staff, maintain accurate records, support accommodation logistics, and assist with administrative HR coordination. This role plays a vital part in ensuring smooth site operations and accurate payroll processing.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Daily Attendance Monitoring:
  • Record and monitor daily attendance of all site staff.
  • Ensure timely and accurate reporting of attendance data to relevant departments.
  • Timesheet Management:
  • Update and maintain labor and staff timesheets daily.
  • Ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with company policies.
  • Monthly Work Orders:
  • Prepare and submit monthly work orders for ongoing site projects.
  • Coordinate with project managers and department heads to collect necessary information.
  • Accommodation Coordination:
  • Support and coordinate accommodation facilities for staff.
  • Maintain records of occupancy and ensure proper allocation.
  • Leave Application Handling:
  • Collect sick leave and local leave applications from staff.
  • Verify and forward applications to the HR department for processing.
  • Overtime Calculation:
  • Prepare and calculate monthly overtime sheets.
  • Ensure overtime records are accurate and align with timesheets.
