Maintain and update timekeeping matrix and databases.

Verify and reconcile attendance discrepancies with department heads and supervisors.

Process and validate leave requests, ensuring compliance with company policies.

Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly attendance and overtime reports for HR and payroll.

Assist in payroll preparation by providing accurate attendance data.

Respond to employee inquiries regarding attendance, leave balances, and timekeeping policies.

Ensure confidentiality and accuracy of all timekeeping records.
