Job Description:

We are seeking experienced Rewinder Operators (1st & 2nd) to join our team in Abu Dhabi. Candidates should have prior experience in tissue/paper rewinding machines and handling jumbo rolls, ensuring smooth operations and high-quality output.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate and monitor the rewinder machine efficiently.
• Handle and load jumbo rolls onto the rewinder.
• Set machine parameters and ensure proper slitting and rewinding.
• Assist in reel changes, splicing, and troubleshooting.
• Maintain product quality as per specifications.
• Work as part of a team (1st & 2nd operators) to ensure smooth production.
• Follow health, safety, and operational standards.

Requirements:

• 2–5 years of hands-on experience as a Rewinder Operator in the tissue/paper industry.
• Practical knowledge of handling jumbo rolls.
• Familiarity with rewinder setup, adjustments, and maintenance.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment.
• Strong teamwork and problem-solving skills.
