We are now building a massive short-form network designed to:

• Reach millions of students
• Generate qualified leads for colleges
• Monetize attention at scale

The Role

We are looking for someone who knows how to:

- Turn content into distribution
- Turn distribution into leads
- Turn leads into revenue

You will design and own the entire growth engine, not just edit videos.

What You’ll Own

• Build a short-form content strategy across YouTube Shorts, TikTok, IG Reels
• Develop a repeatable system to generate qualified student leads
• Create funnels from content → landing pages → CRM
• Optimize for:
• Watch time
• CTR
• Lead conversion
• Scale content output using editors + AI tools
• Test hooks, formats, and distribution strategies
• Build partnerships with:
• Creators
• Pages
• Distribution networks

What We Actually Care About

• Have you grown a YouTube or TikTok account to 100K+ or 1M+ followers?
• Have you generated leads or revenue from content?
• Do you understand:
• YouTube monetization
• TikTok distribution
• Lead funnels
• Conversion tracking

Bonus If You Have

• Built lead gen funnels (ClickFunnels, Webflow, HubSpot, etc.)
• Experience with education, Gen Z audiences, or marketplaces
• Worked with content scaling companies (Jellysmack-style)
• Run paid amplification (boosting winners)
