Skills & Attributes

Prior experience in International Voice Process for Customer Support is mandatory.

Must be comfortable with complete voice-based communication (no chat/email support).

Willingness to work UK shifts.

Strong verbal communication skills in English.

Ability to work from office with two-way cab facility.

Excellent listening and problem-solving abilities.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Familiarity with CRM tools is a plus.
