Job Title: TL/AM/Manager - International Voice Operations - Hyderabad

Job Overview: We are seeking experienced and enthusiastic professionals for our International Voice Customer Support team. This role is ideal for candidates who thrive in a fast-paced environment and are passionate about delivering exceptional customer service over voice calls.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound customer queries via voice calls for international clients.
  • Provide timely and accurate information to resolve customer issues.
  • Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through effective communication.
  • Adhere to quality standards and process guidelines.

Skills & Attributes

  • Prior experience in International Voice Process for Customer Support is mandatory.
  • Must be comfortable with complete voice-based communication (no chat/email support).
  • Willingness to work UK shifts.
  • Strong verbal communication skills in English.
  • Ability to work from office with two-way cab facility.
  • Excellent listening and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools is a plus.
