To-Go Associate

Job Summary

Duties

• Greet guests warmly and assist with placing To-Go orders via phone or in person, demonstrating excellent communication skills and phone etiquette
• Accurately take and input orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, ensuring all details are correct
• Prepare and package food orders efficiently while maintaining high standards of quality and presentation
• Manage order pick-up areas, ensuring guests receive their orders promptly and correctly
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the To-Go station, including packaging supplies and order areas
• Provide exceptional guest services by addressing questions or concerns professionally and courteously
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely preparation of orders and resolve any issues that may arise during service

Experience

• Previous host/hostess experience or food service background is preferred but not required; enthusiasm for hospitality is key
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Experience with restaurant POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is a plus
• Knowledge of hospitality standards, including guest relations, serving, and hotel experience, enhances your ability to succeed in this role
• Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining a positive attitude
• Familiarity with phone etiquette and guest services ensures a welcoming experience for all visitors
