Toddler Teacher

Kid's World Academy is now hiring a nurturing and experienced educator. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in education, be professional and reliable, have excellent communication skills, be a strong leader, and a strong interest in working with children. Applicant must have childcare experience in a licensed facility. Position is Monday-Friday. Pay will be determined by education, experience, and flexibility. Qualifications:

• Strong background in child development and classroom management.
• Willingness to learn and be trained on various programs offered.
• Must enjoy working with children and be able to build rapport with parents and children.
• Must be able to work full time Monday-Friday.

Responsibilities:

• Implement lesson plans based on the goals of the curriculum.
• Observe student performance and make appropriate adjustments as needed.
• Implement curriculum according to state guidelines for each child.
• Attend ongoing training on new programs and skills needed for teaching.
• Attend professional development workshops, conferences, and be involved in our growth and training opportunities.
• Be a strong leader that is able to communicate well with all levels of staff and students.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to $19.00 per hour
