Overview:
Join our team as a Toddler Teacher at KLA Schools, where we value the growth and development of both children and staff. We offer a supportive work environment where your contributions are recognized and celebrated.

Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage daily class functions for a group of children, following all rules and regulations.
- Assess each child's developmental needs continuously.
- Implement approved lesson plans in alignment with the Reggio Emilia Approach. We train!
- Collaborate with the Curriculum Coordinator for parent-teacher conferences and student evaluations.
- Maintain an inviting classroom that fosters creativity, exploration, and decision-making.
- Provide positive reinforcement to children while setting clear behavior expectations.
- Attend staff meetings, training, and school functions as required.
- Ensure classroom maintenance and housekeeping duties are fulfilled.
- Uphold a professional appearance according to the guidelines provided.

Experience:
- Meet requirements of local child care regulatory agency.
- Previous teaching or assistant teaching position in a licensed early childhood program is essential.
- Understanding of young children's social, emotional, and creative needs.
- Ability to lift to 35 lbs. for child safety and emergencies.
- Strong organizational skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
