Toddler Teacher

Are you ready to make a toddler-sized difference every day? At Primrose School of Edina, we’re looking for an enthusiastic and caring Toddler Teacher who’s ready to bring energy, patience, and creativity into the classroom!

As a Toddler Teacher, you’ll be guiding curious little minds through those big developmental milestones—walking, talking, exploring, and discovering the world around them. Every day is an adventure, and every giggle is a reward.

What You’ll Do:

• Create a warm, nurturing classroom where toddlers feel safe, supported, and loved.
• Encourage curiosity, independence, and hands-on learning through purposeful play.
• Build strong relationships with families to support each child’s growth and development.
• Work with a fun, professional, and supportive teaching team that feels like family.
• Maintain a joyful and organized environment that aligns with the Primrose Balanced Learning® curriculum.

What We’re Looking For:

• A passion for early childhood education and helping young children learn and grow.
• Patience, positivity, and a sense of humor (toddlers are great at testing all three!).
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• CDA, Associate’s, or Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education (or related field) preferred — but we’ll support you if you’re working toward it!
