Toddler Teacher

Job Summary
We are seeking a passionate and energetic Toddler Teacher to inspire and nurture the youngest learners in our early childhood education program. In this role, you will create a safe, engaging, and supportive environment where toddlers can explore, learn, and develop essential skills. Responsibilities

• Plan and implement developmentally appropriate activities that promote social, emotional, cognitive, and physical growth for toddlers
• Create a safe, clean, and stimulating classroom environment that encourages curiosity and independence
• Monitor and document each child's progress, behaviors, and milestones to support individualized learning plans
• Foster positive behavior management strategies to promote cooperation, sharing, and respect among children
• Communicate regularly with parents or guardians about their child's development, daily activities, and any concerns
• Maintain classroom organization, including supplies, materials, and safety protocols in compliance with licensing standards
• Support children with diapering, feeding, nap times, and other routine care needs with patience and professionalism

Skills

• Strong knowledge of childhood development principles specific to toddlers
• Experience working in preschool or daycare settings with classroom management skills
• Ability to provide nurturing care for infants and toddlers while encouraging independence
• Knowledge of early childhood education best practices and curriculum implementation
• Certification in first aid and CPR to ensure safety during emergencies
• Experience working with children with disabilities or special needs is a plus
• Excellent communication skills for collaborating with families and team members
• Patience, creativity, enthusiasm, and a genuine love for working with young children

Pay: $13.00 - $16.00 per hour
