Role Overview

We are hiring a Travel Consultant with 2–4 years of hands-on experience in the travel and tourism field. The person in this role will manage client travel plans, handle coordination with vendors, and ensure every tour runs efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage client details and maintain accurate travel records.
• Plan and organize domestic and international travel itineraries.
• Coordinate with hotels, transport providers, and other vendors.
• Communicate clearly with clients to understand and meet their travel needs.
• Prepare quotations, invoices, and travel documents.
• Resolve any issues or changes during trips quickly and professionally.
• Follow up with clients for feedback and future travel planning.
• Work closely with the operations and sales teams for smooth execution of tours.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in a tour operations or travel management role.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
• Good knowledge of destinations, travel planning, and booking procedures.
• Proficient with MS Office and basic travel management tools.
• Organized, reliable, and customer-focused attitude.
• Ability to work well independently and within a team.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• North 24 Parganas District, West Bengal: Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employer-provided relocation package (Required)
