Tour Manager – Operations

We are seeking an experienced Tour Manager – Operations to oversee and manage end-to-end tour operations for both domestic and international travel. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills and a proven track record of coordinating all aspects of group and FIT (Free Independent Traveler) bookings to ensure an exceptional customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and manage group tours as well as FIT bookings efficiently.
• Liaise and negotiate with suppliers including hotels, transport providers, and local service partners.
• Oversee all on-ground arrangements to ensure seamless tour execution.
• Monitor and ensure the smooth delivery of services throughout the tour duration.
• Resolve any operational issues promptly to maintain high customer satisfaction.
• Maintain clear communication with clients, suppliers, and internal teams.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
• Proven experience in handling end-to-end tour operations, both domestic and international.
• Strong knowledge of travel logistics and supplier management.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Willingness to travel as needed.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹67,000.00 per month
