Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Tour Operator. The successful candidate will be based in Qesm El Ahram, with some work from home being acceptable. The Tour Operator will be responsible for organizing and conducting guided tours, managing travel logistics, handling reservations, providing excellent customer service, and coordinating sales activities with clients.

• Customer Service skills
• Reservations and Sales skills
• Strong organizational and time management abilities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
• Experience in the tourism industry is a plus
• Proficiency in using travel booking systems and software
• Bachelor's degree in Tourism, Hospitality, or a related field
