Job Summary:
The Inbound Tour Operator is responsible for managing inbound travel requests and creating customized travel itineraries for international clients. The role focuses on coordinating end-to-end travel services, maintaining supplier relationships, and delivering high-quality customer experiences while supporting sales objectives.
Key Responsibilities:

Handle inbound travel inquiries through phone calls, emails, and online platforms.

Design and prepare tailor-made travel itineraries aligned with client interests, budgets, and travel dates.

Book and coordinate all travel components including accommodation, transportation, tours, meals, and activities.

Build and maintain strong relationships with hotels, transport providers, tour guides, and attractions.

Provide accurate information on destinations, entry requirements, travel insurance, and local experiences.

Prepare quotations, booking confirmations, vouchers, and complete travel documentation.

Respond promptly to client inquiries and efficiently resolve issues or complaints.

Ensure all bookings are accurately recorded and updated in reservation systems.

Monitor supplier performance and ensure service quality standards are consistently met.

Stay informed about tourism trends, new products, and destination updates while supporting sales targets.
Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Travel, Tourism, Hospitality, or a related field.

2–3 years of experience in inbound travel operations or a similar role.

Fluency in English (spoken and written), Italian language is a plus.

Strong knowledge of local attractions, tourism products, and travel suppliers.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Hands-on experience with travel reservation and booking systems (e.g., Tourplan, Tramada, Galileo, Amadeus, or similar).

Ability to prepare accurate itineraries, quotations, and travel documentation.

Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.

Ability to work on-site in Heliopolis, Cairo.

Capability to build long-term relationships with clients and suppliers.
