With a strong focus on digital growth, we partner with OTAs such as Trip.com, Ctrip, and other platforms to reach worldwide travelers.

Position Overview

We are looking for an experienced Tour Operator with OTA experience to manage and optimize our travel products across online platforms. The candidate will be responsible for package creation, pricing, and uploading products on OTAs while ensuring competitiveness and compliance with market standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, build, and update tour packages, excursions, and holiday products.
• Upload and manage products on OTA platforms (Trip.com, Expedia, GetYourGuide, etc.).
• Ensure product descriptions, images, and pricing meet OTA requirements.
• Monitor sales performance, rankings, and customer reviews to optimize products.
• Negotiate with suppliers for the best rates and inclusions.
• Coordinate with internal teams for sales campaigns and promotions.
• Handle B2B and B2C inquiries for customized packages.
• Stay updated with market trends and competitor analysis.

Requirements

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience as a Tour Operator / Product Executive.
• Strong background in OTA platforms (Trip.com, Ctrip, Viator, Expedia, etc.).
• Knowledge of product optimization, pricing, and commission structures.
• Good understanding of inbound and outbound tours.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office, GDS systems (an advantage).
• Based in Dubai; transferable visa preferred.
• Fluency in English (other languages such as Chinese or Arabic are a plus).

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
