• Operating Tower Cranes: Turning & operation cranes to lift, move, and position loads according to project requirements.
• Pre-Operational Inspections: Conducting inspections of cranes and related equipment before use to ensure they are in safe working conditions.
• Safety Compliance: Adhering to all safety procedures and guidelines to maintain a safe working environment for themselves and others.
• Load Management: Assessing load weights, determining load capacities, and interpreting load charts to prevent overloads and ensure stability.
• Communication and Coordination: Communicating effectively with other members of the construction team to coordinate lifting operations and ensure efficient workflow.
• Equipment Maintenance: Performing routine maintenance on cranes to keep them in optimal working condition.
• Record Keeping: Maintaining accurate records of crane operations, including load weights, times,

Skills and Qualifications:

• Crane Operation Experience: Proven experience in operating various types of Tower cranes,
• Safety Knowledge: In-depth understanding of safety regulations, procedures, and protocols related to crane operation.
• Physical Fitness: Ability to climb equipment safely, lift heavy loads, and work in various weather conditions.
• Communication Skills: Strong communication and coordination skills to interact effectively with team members.
• Certification: Possessing relevant crane operator certifications.
