What's in Store

We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Growth Development Leader to drive revenue expansion across target markets, industries, and service lines. This role will be responsible for identifying new market opportunities, building strategic partnerships, and pursuing high-value client relationships to support company growth objectives.

As the Growth Development Leader, you will collaborate with the Chief Client Officer (CCO) to develop and enhance the organization’s RFP strategy and processes, including training Business Development Directors and RFP team members on best practices to ensure delivery of high-quality, competitive proposals.

In addition, you will collaborate with sales, marketing, and client service teams to develop and execute go-to-market strategies, convert pipeline opportunities into revenue, and launch initiatives that expand the firm’s presence. Success in this role requires strong market analysis, pipeline development, and performance tracking to ensure continued growth and competitive positioning.


Key Responsibilities


  • Lead strategic revenue growth initiatives across target markets, industries, or service lines.
  • Identify and pursue new market opportunities, partnerships, and strategic clients.
  • Develop and execute growth strategies aligned to company revenue targets.
  • Partner closely with sales/producers, marketing, and client service leaders to convert pipeline into revenue.
  • Analyze market trends, competitive positioning, and client needs to inform growth strategy.
  • Build and oversee pipeline generation programs (events, broker relationships, strategic partnerships, campaigns).
  • Track KPIs including pipeline growth, win rates, and revenue expansion.
  • Support development of go-to-market strategies for new services or verticals.

  • Perform other duties as assigned


Skills, knowledge & expertise


  • 8–12+ years in business development, growth strategy, or enterprise sales
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Finance, or related field (MBA often preferred)
  • Experience in professional services, consulting, insurance, or managed services environments preferred
  • Proven ability to develop pipeline and close strategic deals
  • Strong market analysis and revenue forecasting capabilities
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with sales, marketing, operations, and executive leadership
  • Experience managing complex enterprise relationships and long sales cycles
  • Strong communication, analytical, and strategic planning skills required
