TPI Welding Inspector (TUV-SUD Certified)

Job Description:

We are seeking a qualified TPI Welding Inspector for a short-term assignment in Ras Laffan. The successful candidate will be responsible for inspecting and ensuring the quality and compliance of welding operations according to industry standards and project specifications. Key responsibilities include conducting visual inspections, verifying welding procedures, and compiling detailed inspection reports.

Minimum requirements:

• Certification as a Welding Inspector (TUV-SUD) is mandatory.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in welding inspection within the oil and gas sector.
• Strong knowledge of welding codes and standards.
• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and communicate effectively with project teams.
• Only Freelancer will be accepted.
• Must be locally available in Qatar
• A holder of a valid Qatar ID.
• Can join immediately.

Key responsibilities, but not limited to:

• Ensure adherence to safety, quality, and regulatory standards during the testing process.
• Witnessing and verification of Welder Qualification Tests (WQT) in compliance with project requirements and applicable welding codes.
• Review and endorsement of WQT records, test results, and associated documentation.
