Tractor Operator

• Drive tractors and other farm machinery for tilling, planting, spraying pesticides/fertilizers, irrigating, mowing, and harvesting various crops (e.g., hay, corn, wheat).
• Conduct daily inspections, lubricate, troubleshoot, and perform minor repairs on equipment; report issues to supervisors.
• Move feed, tools, and equipment; assist with post-harvest processing (e.g., threshing, shelling); manage water systems.
• Adhere strictly to safety guidelines, maintain clean work areas, and operate machinery at appropriate speeds.
• Work with farm management and other staff to prioritize tasks and ensure smooth, efficient operations.
