Trade and Customer Relations Assistant Manager is expected to work in the Department of Trade and Customer Relations in Autoport Terminal Arkas Holding, located in Başiskele/Kocaeli.
QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor’s degree in relevant departments (Preferably in International Trade, Business Administration, Maritime and Port Management etc.),

Minimum 7 years of experience in marketing, Sales Techniques and Customer Relations Management at Shipping Lines, Agencies, or International Logistics Companies,
-
Excellent command of English
-
Strong knowledge of MS Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel applications and data analysis

Preferably, knowledge of Foreign Trade, Import, Export, Customs process and legislation

Leadership skills and ability to establish communication between departments and to explore the latest business strategies

Strong analytical, problem solving and organization skills

Excellent Presentation and communication skills

Keen attention to detail, adaptability and pragmatism; ability to manage an active caseload and prioritize effectively

No obstacle to travel

Completed military service (for male candidates).
