About the Role:

As a Trade BI & Revenue Management Manager, you will drive Ferrero’s value maneuver strategy by enhancing trade investment efficiency and supporting profitable growth. The role focuses on pricing analysis, ROI assessment, promotional effectiveness, and Gross to Net management, while providing actionable insights to guide business planning. You will collaborate across functions, support customer negotiations, and lead a team to foster competence and accountability in line with Ferrero’s values

Main Responsibilities:

As a Trade BI & Revenue Management Manager, you will play a key role in driving Ferrero’s value maneuver strategy, enhancing trade investment efficiency, and supporting profitable growth through strong collaboration with customers.

You will provide guidance on customer contracts and ensure commercial terms are fully compliant, track and analyze Gross to Net evolution, and monitor promotional strategies, including ROI analyses. You will lead execution of value maneuver through SKU, channel, and customer mix optimization, while identifying opportunities to improve trade spend efficiency. You will monitor pricing trends, conduct pack-price architecture analysis, and provide recommendations for new product development.

You will also analyze category, competition, and customer market data to identify business opportunities, develop category plans, and support decision-making through dashboards and insights. You will share findings with stakeholders, support Key Account Managers in joint business planning, and monitor the effectiveness of promotional levers across pricing, visibility, and spending.

Additionally, you will manage and develop your team by fostering competence, empowerment, and accountability, ensuring alignment with Group values and Ferrero’s people management system.

Who we are looking for:

We are looking for a professional with over 7 years of experience in Revenue Management or Trade Marketing within the FMCG sector. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable insights. Proficiency in pricing analysis, ROI assessment, and measuring promotional effectiveness is essential, along with a strategic mindset to influence cross-functional teams and support business planning. The role requires excellent stakeholder management and communication skills to collaborate effectively across Sales, Finance, and Marketing. Strong leadership capabilities with proven experience in team management and people development are also key. A high level of business acumen, problem-solving ability, and attention to detail are critical for success in this position. Fluency in both English and Arabic is required.
