Job Summary

This role is to implement & Monitor the Trade Marketing Activities, Strategy and effort to achieve defined secondary sales objectives and to actively compliment company/business objectives across product categories in line with GTRC/Suppliers guidelines

Job Responsibilities
  • Implement, Supervise, measure & report the effectiveness of all trade marketing programs, Secondary Sales objectives in specific, to ensure increased product availability and visibility across key trade channels for all product categories thereby resulting in incremental sales and gaining volume share.
  • Conduct, collate and submit dashboards, secondary sales trackers, post activity evaluation and other required reports.
  • Check visibility, share of shelf, availability, & ensuring perfect execution through weekly Field Visits.
  • Lead the skill development of sales force (merchandising, activating, coverage and selling) for all categories/channels through joint field visits, conduct refresher training & weekly review meetings.
  • Month launch: Organize and prepare monthly meetings with the sales force by conducting YTD performance analyses by channel/agency and identifying all opportunities/Priorities for each channel with detailed monthly plans and activations.
Candidate Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing Or related field
  • Excellent Arabic & English R/W skills
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in FMCG trade marketing field
