Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and execute trade marketing, branding, and promotional activities across Pan India markets
  • Manage POSM development, branding execution, and in-store visibility as per brand guidelines
  • Coordinate and participate in domestic & international exhibitions, trade fairs, and industry events
  • Execute trade promotions, product launches, retailer activations, and on-ground marketing campaigns
  • Manage end-to-end vendor coordination for POSM production, events, logistics, and branding materials
  • Work closely with sales teams and distributors to ensure effective trade-level execution
  • Monitor execution quality, timelines, and costs; track performance and prepare activity reports

Experience & Qualifications

  • 3–4 years of experience in Trade Marketing (FMCG / Food & Snacks preferred)
  • Hands-on experience in branding, promotions, POSM, and vendor management
  • Willingness to travel extensively across India and overseas
  • Strong coordination, negotiation, and execution skills
  • Good communication and organizational abilities

Pay: ₹350,000.00 - ₹750,000.00 per year
