Key Responsibilities
- Plan and execute trade marketing, branding, and promotional activities across Pan India markets
- Manage POSM development, branding execution, and in-store visibility as per brand guidelines
- Coordinate and participate in domestic & international exhibitions, trade fairs, and industry events
- Execute trade promotions, product launches, retailer activations, and on-ground marketing campaigns
- Manage end-to-end vendor coordination for POSM production, events, logistics, and branding materials
- Work closely with sales teams and distributors to ensure effective trade-level execution
- Monitor execution quality, timelines, and costs; track performance and prepare activity reports
Experience & Qualifications
- 3–4 years of experience in Trade Marketing (FMCG / Food & Snacks preferred)
- Hands-on experience in branding, promotions, POSM, and vendor management
- Willingness to travel extensively across India and overseas
- Strong coordination, negotiation, and execution skills
- Good communication and organizational abilities
