· Ensures the division’s top line (sales budget) is achieved in line his division marketing plan and the principal strategy.
· Ensure quality compliance of trade Promotions and timely promo / event reports to Principals.
· Ensure the timely execution and evaluate ROI on the activity and relate Market impact.
· Evaluate Market competition survey data and provides input into Annual Sales Forecasting.
· Ensures regular vendor evaluation is carried out on suppliers.
· Works in a fast paced broadly predictable sales environment, drawing on available financial and marketing intelligence, with predefined medium term goals and brand strategies
· Interfacing with Customer, Principal & Sales team for Annual Trade Marketing budget
· Provides input for Annual Sales forecasting and input to Principal on Annual TM budgets and TM activities
· Allocates budgets based on the activity
· Provides direct supervision to subordinates including objective setting, performance management, and motivating, as well as training and coaching
· Provides insights from knowledge acquired through multiple data sources to ensure forecast accuracy, ROI and devising key account plans
· Analyze market trends to provide inputs for new agencies
· Uses creativity in improving brand visibility and off take within all trade segments
· Provides inputs towards the short- and medium-term strategic planning process for the division
· Facilitates the achievement of short term and medium-term strategic goals of the division
· Bachelor Degree in Business Management / Marketing
· Minimum of 6 years of experience in marketing /business development / team management within FMCG or relevant industry
· Previous experience in Key Account Management, Trade Marketing or Market Analysis
· Knowledgeable in MS Office Suite (Excel, PPT, Word)
