Trade Marketing Specialist

As part of our exciting growth journey in Türkiye, we are now looking for a passionate Trade Marketing Specialist to join our dynamic, collaborative, and close-knit team based in Istanbul.


As Trade Marketing Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in planning and executing trade marketing initiatives that enhance brand awareness and drive business growth. You will collaborate across teams to shape creative campaigns, analyse market trends, and engage audiences through digital and traditional channels. Your work will bridge global strategy with local market relevance.


Responsibilities


  • Execute seasonal&channel based trade marketing plans according to brand priorities, tracking and reporting of KPI’s,
  • Design 360° Trade Marketing calendar in line with Brand guidelines and local business needs.
  • Follow new product launches and in-store executions,
  • Develop in-store concepts and materials, POPs. Manage the design, production, and distribution processes of promotional materials such as posters, stands, wobblers, and shoe-talkers.
  • Monitor the Trade Marketing budget (BTL) and ensure efficient spending of each account and channel.
  • Coordinating of marketing activities at field whilst maintaining close communication and alignment among agencies, suppliers, and retailers.
  • Prepare monthly and annual reports,
  • Work closely with key stakeholders including brand marketing, sales, finance teams
  • Fully understand and prioritize category/channel needs and develop & implement trade marketing strategies to increase brand awareness.
  • Follow and analyze competitor activities to identify new opportunities and optimize existing strategies
  • Plan distributor and field visits


Requirements


  • 3 years of experience in sales/trade marketing, experience in retail sector is a plus,
  • Strong knowledge of promotional material production and field implementation processes,
  • Analyse competitor activities and market trends to refine trade marketing strategies.
  • Advanced planning, reporting and presentation skills,
  • Strong technical skills, analytical thinking, accurate follow-up and planning skills
  • Solid proficiency in MS Office, (Excel, Power Point)
  • Excellent communication skills with a collaborative mindset,
  • Ambitious with high desire of achievement,
  • Adaptable to a fast paced, high growth and changing environment,
  • Experience in multi-cultural business environment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, fluency in English is essential
