An aggressive expansion program together with acquisitions in new vertical markets have created an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic multinational team dedicated to furthering growth plans for the group.

About the role:

To create the opportunity for sales, profit and space growth for all Almarai product groups across the entire GCC by coordinating national and regional product promotions, creating effective category and product planograms which are presented in a simple and consumer focused manner taking account of the latest category management principles will deliver overall increased sales and profit growth for Almarai



Key Responsibilities:

1-Promotional Activities:

  • Develop and manage GCC-wide promotional plans and annual calendars.
  • Oversee execution of promotions across all regions and ensure alignment with key accounts.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, sales, supply chain, finance) to deliver effective promotions.
  • Monitor performance and present monthly reports on promotional impact.

2-Merchandising Activities

  • Create and maintain merchandising plans, schedules, and planograms for GCC markets.
  • Coordinate NPD listings, sponsorships, and events with relevant teams.
  • Ensure merchandising excellence through collaboration with divisions and key accounts.
  • Coach sales teams to improve execution and optimize stock, distribution, and waste control.
  • Analyze and report monthly on merchandising effectiveness.



Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business or marketing
  • 3 years’ experience in FMCG marketing or sales promotions
  • English proficiency
