Job Overview:
Panj Tantrader LLC is seeking a detail-oriented and commercially driven Trading Coordinator to support the company’s trading operations across sourcing, sales coordination, and transaction management. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth execution of trading activities, maintain accurate records, and support business growth through efficient coordination with suppliers and clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate daily trading operations including buying, selling, and order fulfillment
• Liaise with suppliers, buyers, and logistics partners to ensure smooth transactions
• Monitor market trends, pricing, and competitor activity to support trading decisions
• Prepare and process trade documentation including invoices, contracts, and purchase orders
• Track shipments and ensure timely delivery of traded goods
• Maintain accurate records of inventory, transactions, and client accounts
• Support negotiation processes with suppliers and customers when required
• Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable trade regulations
• Assist management in identifying new trading opportunities and partnerships

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Supply Chain, or related field
• 2–4 years of experience in trading, procurement, or commercial coordination roles
• Strong understanding of trading processes and documentation
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple transactions and deadlines effectively
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic business reporting tools

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in import/export or international trade operations
• Knowledge of Incoterms and customs procedures
• Familiarity with ERP or trading management systems
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-driven environment
