Job Description / Responsibilities

• Coordinate and oversee day-to-day operations of tours, transfers, and activities.
• Manage scheduling and dispatching of guides, drivers, and vehicles.
• Liaise with hotels, restaurants, and activity providers to reconfirm bookings.
• Handle last-minute operational changes client requests, emergencies).
• Ensure service quality through spot checks and guest feedback monitoring.
• Maintain operational records, service orders, and daily reports.
• Support crisis management and ensure guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in tourism / hospitality operations preferred.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent communication in English (additional languages a plus).
• Ability to handle pressure and resolve issues quickly.

Knowledge of Egypt tourism services

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Tourism, or related field
