Traffic & Transport Specialist

Position: Venue Hotel Transport Specialist

Location: Riyadh & Jeddah, Saudi Arabia

Duration: 15th December 2025 – 27th January 2026 (1.5-month contract)

Note: Candidates must be currently based in Saudi Arabia

We are seeking an experienced Venue Hotel Transport Specialist to support logistics operations for a major international sporting event in Saudi Arabia. The role involves ensuring smooth coordination and execution of transportation services between official hotels and event venues.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and oversee daily transport operations between hotels, venues, and official sites.
• Liaise with venue teams, transport providers, and hotel representatives to ensure efficient shuttle scheduling and movement.
• Manage vehicle dispatch, monitor driver performance, and resolve operational issues promptly.
• Maintain accurate transport logs, schedules, and reporting documentation.
• Support VIP, team, and staff transport needs as per event requirements.
• Work closely with the logistics and accreditation teams to ensure smooth access and operations.

Requirements:

• Prior experience in transport or logistics coordination, ideally within large-scale events, sports, or hospitality.
• Strong organizational and communication skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to work under pressure and adapt to dynamic event environments.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) – knowledge of Smartsheet or other logistics tools is an advantage.
• Fluent Arabic speaker with good English communication skills.
• Must be currently based in Saudi Arabia and available for the full contract duration
