Role Purpose
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented HR Trainee to support our HR Operations team. The trainee will gain hands-on experience in various HR operational functions including employee onboarding, data management, attendance and leave tracking, payroll assistance, and HR policy implementation. This is an excellent opportunity to learn the fundamentals of HR operations in a dynamic work environment.
Key Accountabilities

Assist in maintaining employee records and HR databases (both physical and digital).

Support the onboarding process by preparing documentation, coordinating orientation schedules, and assisting new hires.

Help monitor and manage attendance, leaves, and absenteeism records.

Assist in payroll data collection and verification by coordinating with payroll and finance teams.

Support the implementation of HR policies and procedures.

Assist in organizing employee engagement activities and HR events.

Support the preparation of reports related to HR metrics such as turnover, headcount, and attendance.

Respond to routine employee queries related to HR policies and procedures.

Coordinate with various departments to ensure smooth HR operations.

Learn and assist with compliance-related documentation and audits.
Qualifications, Experience, Knowledge & Skills

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

Basic understanding of HR operations and processes.

Strong organizational and time management skills.

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

Eagerness to learn and work in a fast-paced environment.
