Trainee Maintenance

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Execute maintenance work as per Mechanical Engineer instruction and methods.
• Work with installation and commission of equipment along with Mechanical Engineer.
• Perform plant equipment preventative maintenance as per PM plan.
• Analyze breakdowns, diagnose faults and rectify the repairs as per instructions from Mechanical Engineer.
• Function as project development member to maintain new equipment.
• Work with reliability Mechanical Engineers to extend equipment life cycle.
• Prepare and document all the maintenance, breakdown, service, preventive maintenance, calibration of equipment's, Mechanical tools inventory, and maintain the same as per instructions from Mechanical Engineer.
• Coordinate with all kind of audits and inspection program.
• Provides engineering support by responding to requests for Mechanical problems.

DESIRED SKILLS, EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

• ITI/ Diploma/Degree/Master degree in Mechanical/Mechatronic engineering with experience of minimum 0-1 years.
• Experience should be in Extractions/Chemical/Pharma/Food/Biosciences/ Cosmetics Industry.
• Mechanical/electrical Troubleshooting, Staffing, Technical Leadership, Technical Understanding, Developing Budgets, Equipment Maintenance, Safety Management, Attention to Detail, Conceptual Skills, Supply Management, Facilities Management Systems.
• Strong communication skills both written and oral.
• Good organizational skills and ability to handle manpower
• Team player who can adapt to dynamic work environment.
