Trainee Operator

Key Responsibilities:

• Learning to operate and monitor specialized machinery, such as Blow Moulding, Filler, Labeller, Coding, Wrapping & Palletizer machines for bottles, or machinery for dry mix production.
• Performing routine quality checks to maintain product standards and ensure that beverages meet quality specifications.
• Diagnosing and resolving minor issues like jams or malfunctions in the machinery, or escalating larger problems to the maintenance team.
• Adhering to workplace safety, security, and hygiene standards to ensure compliance with industry best practices and protect against hazards.
• Collaborating with team members to meet production targets, deadlines, and execute changeovers between different products.
• Actively participating in on-the-job training to learn new skills and gain a comprehensive understanding of the production process and different equipment.

Required Skills:

• Ability to learn and operate various production machinery.
• Crucial for accurate production and quality control.
• Skills to identify and address equipment issues.
• Willingness to work effectively as part of a production team.
• Ability to work in a dynamic environment, potentially including night shifts.
• Good math and comprehension skills for understanding instructions and production targets.

Qualifications: DAE Mechanical / Electrical / Chemical (03-Years)

Experience: Fresh to 01 Year

Location: Multan (Local candidates will be preferred)

Pay: Rs34,000.00 - Rs35,000.00 per month
