The Role

We are seeking ambitious Trainee Recruitment Consultants to join our Dubai team. This role offers a structured training programme and clear progression opportunities. You will learn how to:

• Source and qualify high-calibre candidates.
• Develop and manage client relationships.
• Negotiate offers and close deals.
• Deliver against clear performance targets.
