Trainer

United Security Group LLC is one of the leading security service providers in the UAE, delivering professional security solutions across government, healthcare, commercial, residential, and industrial sectors. We are looking for a motivated and experienced Trainer to join our team and develop the knowledge, skills, and performance of our security personnel.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver classroom and practical training for new and existing security guards.
• Conduct induction, refresher, and mandatory training programs.
• Prepare training materials, presentations, assessments, and practical exercises.
• Evaluate trainee performance through written tests and practical assessments.
• Maintain accurate training records and attendance reports.
• Ensure all training complies with UAE regulations and company standards.
• Coach and mentor employees to improve operational performance and customer service.
• Identify training needs and recommend continuous improvement initiatives.
• Coordinate training schedules with HR and Operations departments.
• Support compliance audits by maintaining proper training documentation.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or Diploma (preferred).
• Previous experience as a Security Trainer or in a similar training role.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills in English (Arabic is an advantage).
• Strong knowledge of security operations, emergency procedures, and customer service.
• Good computer skills, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
• Ability to engage and motivate trainees from diverse backgrounds.
• UAE security industry experience is highly preferred.

Preferred Qualifications

• SIRA, ASSD, NSI, PSFRD or other UAE security-related certifications.
• First Aid or Fire Safety certification is an advantage.
• UAE Driving License is preferred.
