Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced and knowledgeable AC Mechanic Trainer to train and mentor candidates in air-conditioning (AC) installation, repair, and maintenance. The trainer will be responsible for imparting both theoretical and practical knowledge, ensuring trainees are industry-ready with the necessary technical skills and safety practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct classroom and practical training sessions on air-conditioning systems, including installation, servicing, troubleshooting, and repair.
• Prepare training materials, lesson plans, and practical demonstrations as per the prescribed curriculum (e.g., NSDC/SSC standards).
• Assess trainees’ performance through regular tests, assignments, and practical evaluations.
• Provide hands-on training on tools, equipment, refrigerants, wiring, and system diagnostics.
• Ensure adherence to safety standards and best practices in handling AC equipment and refrigerants.
• Keep updated with the latest HVAC industry technologies, tools, and techniques.
• Maintain training records, attendance, and progress reports of trainees.
• Guide students in developing professional work habits, discipline, and employability skills.
• Coordinate with management for training schedules, certification, and placement assistance.

Qualifications & Experience

• Diploma/ITI in Refrigeration & Air Conditioning / HVAC or related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years of industry experience in AC installation, repair, and maintenance.
• Prior teaching/training experience (preferred, but not mandatory).
• Strong knowledge of split AC, window AC, central AC, and refrigeration systems.
• Ability to explain technical concepts in a clear and practical manner.
• Good communication skills in Tamil & English languages.
