Trainer Executive

Job Summary

We are seeking a Training Executive to support the development and refinement of employee training programs and SOPs across operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in soft skills training, employee engagement, and process understanding. This role requires close collaboration with department managers to ensure that training materials align with operational goals and enhance employee performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Understand operational processes and work with managers to develop effective training materials.
  • Refine and document Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for clarity and consistency.
  • Conduct and coordinate soft skills and development-based training sessions.
  • Record and maintain video versions of process documentation for learning purposes.
  • Implement and promote a cross-training culture to ensure backup support within teams.
  • Plan and execute quarterly employee assessment tests to track growth and performance.
  • Assist in creating pre-employment assessment tests for better candidate screening.

Requirements

  • Minimum 1.5 years of experience in training or learning & development.
  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to design and deliver training programs focused on soft skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).

Nice to Have

  • Experience developing or maintaining SOPs.
  • Knowledge of performance evaluation and employee development programs.
  • Familiarity with video-based or digital training tools.

What We Offer

  • Salary: PKR 60,000 – 70,000 (based on experience).
  • 5 working days (Monday to Friday).
