Job Summary

The Training and Development Specialist is responsible for creating and delivering engaging learning programs that help employees grow and succeed. The Training and Development Specialist will partner with leaders to identify training needs, develop materials, and facilitate workshops that drive performance. Duties and Responsibilities

  • Design and deliver impactful training materials – from manuals and presentations to e-learning modules, SOPs and job aids – that empower teams to succeed
  • Support implementation of talent development initiatives and training programs that align with company goals, culture, and core competencies
  • Develop relationships with leadership and subject matter experts to assess training needs, recommend appropriate learning solutions and partner on development training programs
  • Confer with management and staff to identify specific skill/knowledge gaps and training objectives
  • Develop and demonstrate proficiency in rapport-building, sales techniques, and software tools relevant to the Tax Resolution Industry
  • Work closely with department leaders to drive alignment and success
  • Conduct refresher courses, compliance trainings, and soft skills workshops (communication, negotiation, customer service)
  • Other duties as assigned

Education and Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Education, Business, Human Resources (related fields) or equivalent education required
  • Experience training inside sales teams (required)
  • 2 years of relevant work experience
  • Familiarity with CRM Systems (Salesforce)
  • Instructional design certification or training credentials (preferred)
  • Familiarity with IRS Process and Tax Resolution Programs (preferred)

Compensation and Benefits

  • $70,000 - $75,000 annually

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $70,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
