  • As a Training Coordinator you will play a pivotal role in organizing, implementing, and evaluating our training programs. You will collaborate closely with various departments to identify training needs, develop curriculum, and ensure that our employees receive the necessary knowledge and skills to excel in their roles.Collaborate with department heads to assess training needs and develop training plans.
  • Design and deliver engaging training programs using a variety of instructional techniques and formats.
  • Coordinate logistics for training sessions, including scheduling, venue arrangements, and materials preparation.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through participant feedback, performance metrics, and other assessment methods.
  • Maintain training records and documentation to track employee progress and compliance.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in training and development.
  • Social media handiling and good computer skill
