About the Role

The Learning Experience Designer will support the Branch & Café Learning Team at Capital One, which develops training programs for customer-facing associates in physical branch and café locations. The role focuses on delivering engaging, brand-aligned learning experiences that enhance associate performance and customer interactions. The individual will collaborate closely with stakeholders and contribute to ongoing and in-flight learning initiatives.

Job Title : Training Developer

Key Responsibilities

• Update and maintain existing learning curricula
• Apply content and branding updates aligned with corporate brand guidelines
• Develop and revise facilitator guides and instructional materials
• Create and modify eLearning modules using Articulate Storyline and Rise
• Design visually engaging learning assets using Adobe Creative Suite
• Develop content in clear, concise, and brand-aligned language
• Maintain and update source files, ensuring accurate linkage across learning materials
• Support ongoing learning projects, including part-time program development

Minimum Qualifications

• 2–3 years of experience in instructional design or learning development
• Strong hands-on experience with Articulate Storyline and Rise
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and G Suite
• Strong graphic design skills with refined design aesthetic
• Technical writing expertise with ability to produce brand-aligned communication
• Knowledge of adult learning principles (ADDIE methodology preferred)
• Ability to simplify complex concepts into clear and engaging learning content

Desired Qualifications

• Financial services experience
• Ability to balance instructional development and visual design responsibilities
